Orders are processed before being transferred to the shipping carrier. Processing time and carrier transit time are separate. Review the current shipping information displayed on the website before ordering.

Tracking information is emailed after your package ships. Carrier activity may take additional time to appear after the shipping label has been created.

Flutter Luxe is the Velvet Collection created for rich, fluffy and customized lash sets. Butterfly Muse is the Anime Spikes Collection created for wispy, defined and dramatic anime-inspired sets.

Flutter Luxe is available in C and CC curls with 9–16mm options. Butterfly Muse is available in C, CC and J curls with 12–18mm mixed-length options. Review your selected variant before checkout.

The Pretty Girl Kit is the Retention Trio. It includes THAT Girl Adhesive, Hold Me Pretty Bonder and Stay Pretty Sealant for a complete bond, seal and retention routine.

THAT Girl Adhesive has an approximate dry time of 0.5–1 second. Temperature, humidity, placement technique and the amount of adhesive used may affect its performance.

Professional lash adhesives, bonders and sealants should be used by trained lash artists according to their product directions. Always review the label, ingredients and usage instructions before application.

Keep lash trays clean, dry and protected from dust, moisture, direct sunlight and excessive heat. Close the package after use and avoid touching the fibers with oily or contaminated hands.

Keep adhesive upright in a cool, dry location away from direct sunlight and heat. Clean the nozzle after use, close the cap completely and follow the storage directions printed on the packaging.

Use Butterfly Whip with a clean lash-cleansing brush to gently loosen makeup, buildup and excess oils. Rinse thoroughly and pat dry without pulling or rubbing the extensions.

Cleanse lashes regularly, avoid pulling or picking, keep heavy oils away from the lash line and follow your lash artist’s aftercare instructions. Natural lash cycles and lifestyle may also affect retention.
